Seagulf Limited is an indigenous Dredging company incorpotated in 2008, with corporate offices located in Victoria Island , Lagos. Our company has been involved in Sand Dredging activities since we obtained a Category A License to Dredge sand from the Lagos State Government in 2011.
We also obtained a category B License to Stockpile and sell sand in Lagos. We have 3 registered cadastral licenses to Mine Sand from the Federal ministry of Mines and Solid Minerals (MMSD).Our Company is also Licensed by the National Inland waterways Authority (NIWA) the Federal body saddled with the Registration of all Seafaring Vessels on Nigerian Waterways.
We were involved in the Lagos State channelization Project from Oke-Afa in conjunction with Bulksands Nigeria Limited from Osborne Jetty to Ikorodu Jetty and from mile 2 to Oke-Afa. Our company was also involved in the de-silting of weirs and dams for the Niger state government in Chanchaga .

Holds a Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs from University of Lagos. He has attended cour ses at the prestigious Havard University in the U.S. and Oxford University in the U.K.. He has over 16 years experience in Dredging and Oil and Gas business.
Mr. Oladapo Abu
Deputy GM/Architect/Project Manager
Mr. Oladapo Abu has a BSc in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University and Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Mr. Abu possesses over 10 years experience in the facility management, design and construction industry, as well as detailed refurbishment of buildings .He is a seasoned real estate development project manager having overseen the end to end implementation of various construction projects from obtaining customer requirements to project completion. He is well versed in project assessment methodologies and environmental issues that affect the implementation of projects and the attendant cost profile.
Mr John Chukwudi
Marine Surveyor
Mr John Chukwudi is a seasoned Land & Hydrographic Surveyor who is from Ossomala town in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. He attended Santa Maria Primary School and Stella Maris College, Port Harcourt. Joined the Nigerian Customs Service in 1976 and later the Nigerian Navy in 1979. While in service, he was granted Naval Sponsorship to study at the University of Nigeria where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hon) degree in Surveying, Geodesy & Photogrammetry. He also attended certificate courses in underwater warfare, underwater acoustic & imaging systems, wreck Hunting, seabed profiling & mapping and retired from the Nigerian Navy in 1998
Mr. Hassan Ismaila
Senior Engineer
Mr. Hassan Ismaila obtained a B.Sc degree in civil engineering from the University of Ilorin in 1996. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He also possesses a Certificate in Structural Assessment of offshore structures. In the preceeding 5 years Engineer Hassan has been very active in the oil and gas industry. Areas of expertise include general structural analysis, design, generation of construction drawings, M.T.O.s, project management and construction supervision. Mr. Hassan has worked with international companies such as Saipem.
Mr Ayoola Afolabi
Civil / Structural Engineer/Project Manager
Mr Ayoola Afolabi has close to ten years experience construction and civil works.He attended the Osun state college of technology Esa-oke as well as the state college of technology Esa-Oke.He posses an HND in Civil Engineering and also posseses an MBA in Strategic project management .He has worked at various Consrtuction companies such as Reynolds costruction company and at Rhema Associates.During this period his responsibilities included the CAC power house building construction and supervision,as well as the engineering design and drawing of the Lagos Shagamu road extension project.
Mr Felix Onwuma

Mr Felix Onwuma is a seasoned Dredge Master having worked at various Dredging Companies for over 14 years.He has worked dredging Companies such as Moelinks Dredging where they were engaged in sand pump and sales , reclamation and maintenance dredging activities , creek improvement excavation for vessel passaging and sandfill reclamation for infrastructure improvement.

Mr Michael Ogunrinde is a Marine Engineer with vast experience in Dredger and Vessel maintenance and refurbishment. He has worked with top Dredging Companies such as Shoreline Dredging and B& Q Dredging.His responsibilities include inspection and maintenance of propulsion systems, Pumps.Design and construction of mechanical engineering and pontoon systems
